Late C18th Johann George Schonfelder workshop - Markneukirchen Violin

Lovely violin almost certainly from the late C18th century and therefore over 225 years old. Believed to be from the Johann George Schonfelder workshop, it has the correct brand internally. It is without doubt of that age and from that region.

Given a new lease of life in my workshop recently, this is a beautiful sounding violin. Please have a listen to the video clip.

To be honest, I won't be upset if I don't sell it. It's lovely to play - expressive, responsive and loud with good projection when needed.
