Lovely 4/4 violin. NOT Giuseppe Fiorini, but nevertheless stands on its own merits.
A high quality output from Markneukirchen, lovely timber, lovely varnish, nice sound and very playable. This should be a £2,500 + violin, but due to a couple of tiny issues that do not affect sound or playability and are scarcely noticeable, I'm offering it at half that.
For reason I don't understand, someone has very slightly widened the centres of the f holes and recut the nicks for a shorter scale length. As I say, not much - but a significant amount of work to correct well.
So, a bargain!
